These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by HoseJoy Dust Solutions, a business of Pragma Industries LLC, located at 420 Cesar E Chavez Blvd, Portland, Oregon. By visiting, using, or purchasing from this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use this website or its services.
Shipping
Orders are shipped on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Shipping rates, methods, and carrier options at checkout are provided through ShipStation. All delivery timing estimates shown at checkout are determined by the carrier, not by HoseJoy Dust Solutions.
We do not guarantee delivery dates or transit times. Once a package is handed to the selected carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with that carrier.
International shipping is available. Returns on international orders are not accepted.
Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for all duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges. HoseJoy Dust Solutions does not calculate or collect these fees. ShipStation may display estimates, but they are not controlled or guaranteed by us.
Any additional charges assessed by the destination country must be paid by the customer.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified only if they have not yet been fulfilled or packaged for shipment. Once fulfillment begins, changes are no longer possible.
Returns (U.S. Orders Only)
U.S. customers may return products within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be returned in good working condition, with all parts included. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If a part is faulty upon arrival, it may be exchanged for a replacement after inspection.
International orders are not eligible for return or refund.
Lifetime Warranty
HoseJoy Dust Solutions offers a lifetime warranty on workmanship and materials for all adapters and hardware products.
We will repair or replace any product that fails due to defects in materials or craftsmanship.
During the first year, we cover shipping both ways. After the first year, customers are responsible for inbound shipping costs; we cover outbound shipping for repaired or replacement items.
Gasket failures or similar small-part issues will be resolved by sending replacement parts for customer installation.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, or non-standard applications.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed through secure third-party providers such as Stripe or Zoho Payments. HoseJoy Dust Solutions does not store or process credit card or financial information on its servers.
Privacy and Data Protection
We collect only the personal information necessary to process orders and service warranty claims. This includes name, address, phone number, and email address.
We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes.
Payment information is never stored by us.

Limitation of Liability
HoseJoy Dust Solutions is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
